Aim & Scope
- Issued bi-annually and published by UiTM Press, Ilham: Journal of Creative Arts provides an avenue for academics, researchers, and postgraduate students from local and international universities, as well as industrial professionals, artists, and practitioners to publish and share their research and views on any aspect or field of the arts. In addition, the journal is a platform to promote critical inquiry, dialogue, and innovative scholarship among academics, scholars, and researchers.
- Ilham welcomes articles dealing with the theoretical, empirical, and historical and is particularly committed to promoting a wider range of creative arts research encompassing practice-based arts research, the phenomenon of digitization and convergence, and cross/interdisciplinary approaches. Topics may cover (but not limited to) the following fields: visual and moving-image arts, design, creative writing and literature, theatre, dance, and music.
